Blowtorch and Peerless

Found objects on my basement workbench. Canon Rebel XTi, Sigma 18-50 f/2.8-4.5 (@ 38mm). f/5.0, 1/3s, ISO 400. I usually prefer to blast my still lifes with light and use a fast shutter setting. However, for this series of still lifes I was practicing with my (then) newly-acquired Manfrotto tripod. I own a Manfrotto tripod and monopod and am quite pleased with both.
